"With Unity and Action we are building
A Stronger Garner!"

Meet Kathy Behringer
I've had the honor of serving the people of Garner over the past 30 years on many boards and committees, such as the YMCA Steering Committe,
Council Liason to the Fire Department, the Senior Citizen's Advisory Council, the Downtown Garner Association, and, most notably, the Garner Town Council.
Our town has grown and continues to grow at an amazing pace.
Being a contiguous neighbor to a city like Raleigh brings a multitude of challengs, responsibilities and opportunities.
I look forward to working with our citizen and our town staff over the next four years to meet those challenges in a responsible, informed manner, and to moving Garner forward as we continue to thrive as a community of choice.

"As a friend and someone who has worked with Council Member Kathy Behringer, I know firsthand her sense of pride in our community. She has consistently demonstrated strong leadership qualities and unwavering commitment to, among many other issues, the success of Downtown Garner, beautifying the community through art and landscaping, and the general quality of life for our residents."
